All questions

Will my customers see that the parcel ships from China?

No. Parcels are injected into the destination country's local carrier network, so your customer sees a local carrier and local tracking. The China origin is not visible to them.

Who pays duties and taxes?

Nobody at the door. We ship DDP (delivered duty paid): duties and GST are paid through the carrier and included in the postage we quote you. Your customer pays nothing on delivery.

Is there a minimum order volume?

Our minimum is 500 orders a month. If you are under that and growing fast, talk to us anyway: we work with brands that have a clear growth plan.

What can't you ship?

Needles and medical items. Restricted and hazardous categories also vary by destination country, so we confirm your range per market before you go live. Batteries, cosmetics and health products can ship DDP on our Australian lane.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders sync to the warehouse in real time. Typical door-to-door windows are 5 to 8 business days to Australia on our priority service, and 3 to 10 business days to the UK and US depending on service. The full lane table is on the shipping page.

Where is stock held?

In our facility in China, receipted directly from your factory. No domestic 3PL lag required.

How does billing work?

Transparent per-order pick, pack and shipping, with clear storage fees. Full pricing is shared once we understand your SKUs and destinations.

Which platforms do you integrate with?

Shopify, natively. Orders sync in and tracking numbers push back to your store when the label is created. Multi-store and multi-market setups are supported.
